After some announcements at the start, we’ll ride from Turtle Rock Park to the top of Luther Pass, the top of Carson Pass, and to the closed gate on Blue Lakes Road, before returning to Turtle Rock Park. Ride leader will stop for optional regroups at each intersection and turn-around. Slower riders have the option to skip passes or turn-around when the group passes in the opposite direction. Really fast and ambitious riders can optionally start early and ride Kingsbury before joining the group. There will be snacks and drinks back at Turtle Rock Park but there won't be any SAG or other support on the route so everyone should carry food and water. The weather forecast looks good but carry a jacket just in case.
